As part of the Place Names Melville project, join us for Ngala Bidi Wongi Boodjar, an exhibition of art works created by Noongar Elders and their families, responding to and celebrating Aboriginal placenames in Melville. These works are the outcome of months of community consultation and cultural mapping and represent the beginning of an important project to reveal more Aboriginal placenames across the entire City of Melville. This is project in partnership with CAN (Community Arts Network) and Moodjar Consultancy.
