Film Club:
VHS Tracking Presents…

VHS Tracking presents… is a free, artist-led film club held monthly at Goolugatup Gallery and curated by beloved Boorloo film critic Tristan Fidler (creator of the VHS Tracking Film Recommendations zine).

The program invites local creatives to choose a film to show and discuss, resulting in a wide-ranging selection of art films, DIY gems, genre classics and iconic new wave cinema.

VHS Tracking presents… is a film club with a twist, offering not only a unique schedule of screenings but also idiosyncratic responses from guest presenter artists. So far, the series has given rise to bespoke artist-made soups, activity worksheets, performance lectures, DJ sets, behind-the-scenes insights and more. What’s next? Join us at an upcoming VHS Tracking Presents… event to find out. Entry is free, and so is the popcorn.
