It awards a $15,000 commission to an Australian artist to produce significant new art for exhibition at Goolugatup in 2024. It also incorporates an artist mentorship program, pairing the commissioned artist with a local emerging digital artist and providing an additional $2,000 fee and $500 travel budget to each.
